Usually our work begins with a free hour consultation to understand the issue(s) and to develop a method of delivery based on the unique requirements of each project. Because our work is project based, our fee structure depends on the complexity of the project and the staff needed to complete delivery. In addition to our principal partners, our team includes other selected professionals to assist in large scale or smaller, individual projects.

Dr. Jordan also works on a contract basis with clients for unlimited monthly or longer, on-going executive transition coaching.
